Let’s face it - giving feedback to AI in chat is painful. /human-review 是一个开源、本地运行的 AI 协作审阅技能：把 HTML、Markdown 文件或 localhost 页面放进浏览器编辑器，允许人直接改文字、格式、图片和区块，再将评论与改动一次发给代理。给定元数据中仓库使用 JavaScript、拥有 1,185 stars；README 列出的核心分工是 src/cli.js 命令入口、server.js 本地会话、sdk.js 编辑与反馈、chrome-client.js 界面，以及 markdown.js 渲染。
核心设计 它把“描述页面位置”变成“在页面对象上操作”：预览区配反馈栏，支持文本锚点评论和批量 Send。HTML 直接编辑与图片缩放自动保存；Markdown 与 localhost 需点击 Send 后由代理写回源文件。流程本机运行，不依赖账号、云服务、数据库或 API key。
关键洞察 截图中对标题、CTA 和重复卡片的反馈说明，视觉上下文能减少人与代理间的定位和转译成本；PRD、落地页、产品文案、多页网站都可复用。最值得借鉴的是把人工判断留在页面最后一公里，同时保留代理处理源文件同步。
边界与风险 它是轻量审阅层，不是完整 CMS；基础格式能力与源文件写回仍受代理实现约束。直接编辑“已保存”和评论“已发送”是两种状态，产品必须清楚区分，否则容易造成反馈未落地的误判。
